How to Register My Chapter
- It is highly recommended DECA membership be entered and the check postmarked by December 16, 2011. Only paid students will show up on membership roster.
- Log on to your account using the DECA membership log-on information.
- Update Advisor information.
- Click on “Add Students” your student DECA roster should come up.
- Change the “# of Years in DECA” only on the students you wish to register.
- Change the “Select Status” for the students you wish to register.
- Edit the students you wish to register.
- Select the event they are going to compete in.
- Students in team events should be grouped with a number.
- When all students have been edited- select “Finish Registering”
- Print registration.
- Changes can be made until the registration is closed for each individual district.
Answer Write Directions
Log in to the website. https://www.answerwrite.com/deca/tx-d03
- When logging on – BE SURE to change the district number to accommodate your individual District CDC – d01 for District I; d02 for District II, d03 for District III, etc.
- The ID number for each student can be found on the registration.
- The password will be emailed to each proctor.
- Verify the student ID matches the student before beginning test.
- Select “Start Test”
- The test questions are randomized.
- Once the student has finished the test they should select “Finish Test”
Your students have now successfully completed the test.
